This mineral is very common worldwide and has a widespread variety of colors. Calcite has a hardness of 3 and is best recognized by its high reactivity with acids, such as vinegar. Brighter calcites can be found in a small area of Mexico. Pink calcite is found in Peru. You will receive 6 green calcite chunks in this order. 
 
These green calcite chunks are soothing and make me think of spring water trickling in the forest. I find that green calcite is very refreshing and uplifting to keep around. There’s different layers and cleavage on each piece. Overall each chunk is entirely unique and has a smooth finish.
